Solis is not a better boxer than Gomez or Johnson. He's probably better skilled than Arreola but does he have the same power? I don't think so and he's quite a bit smaller too.

If Haye was brave or confident in his ability he would've taken the fight against Wladimir for free. Then he'd have those legit belts & not the paper he now has. Truth is I think he knows his chances are small & he didn't wwant to blow it.

Yeah because professional fighters take multi million grossing fights for free all the time. I guess none of them are brave or confident in their ability...

Yeah, it's a ****ing joke really.

This is why the heavyweight division sucks these days.

When you genuinely feel that guys who are at least 5-10 years past their best and shouldn't really still be fighting (Tua, McCall etc) offer more threat than guys in their prime, something stinks.

Those guys only offer something because they're tough, have some skills, and actually seem to want to win.

****, Tua looks like a fitness freak compared to some of the guys.

Tua got fat after he made the top level - still very poor - but basically got fat waiting for his title shot. He was pretty fit around the Ruiz fight time.

These guys are fat when they're supposed to be climbing their way to the top.

as much as i defend my cubans fellows in this forum iam realistic...at 270 lbs solis will never beat VK or WK, even at his best shape those 2 are way above anybody else in the division.

Solis is thoroughly thrashed in a one sided affair.

Vitali either KOs, TKOs, or at the very least, UDs this overrated, fat little man.

And Solis is FAR from the best opponent Vitali has faced in his comeback. FAR from it. Gomez is a much better fighter than the overrated Solis is. And Johnson would probably give Solis all kinds of trouble.

    Vitali will win with ease.

Solis needs to loose 70 pounds and campaing at crusier, or loose 50, converting some of the extra twenty to health mass to compete at heavy..

Solis stopped Haye in the amateurs. Gomez was 6 feet 4 inches tall, southpaw, had over 300 amateur fights for Cuba and Vitali stopped him.

The extreme sour grapes about The Klitschkos being the champions makes me puke. USTV is once again boycotting a Klitschko fight and so very many other Euro fighters. HBO showed Arreola Vs. Minto, but not Vlad Vs. Chambers?! Prejudice, provincialism is the definition.

If he showed up once looking the way he did when I saw him fight as an amateur, I might even bet on him.

Looks like Haye is the one ducking power hitters :deal
