    Solis?

    What the ****?

He is a good prospect in my opinion but at least graduate the guy toward top level rather than just throw him straight in there.

I couldn't care less about Solis - Vitali.

Wladimir is fighting a mandatory defense against Chambers or did that part escape you? Chambers earned his shot too with that impressive win over Dimitrenko. That win alone is more than Haye has accomplished at Heavyweight.

The peformance against Kevin Johnson simply showed something that isn't new about Vitali: He doesn't look very good against extremely defensive fighters. If someone comes to knock him out, they are usually in for a rude awakening. Vitali's combination of good reflexes, awkward style to avoid pucnhes, long arms, weird punching angles, chin and mental toughness is a tough combination for anyone to overcome.

Solis looks like he is 6'1 or 6'2 at the most, he is not a speed demon to make up for the lack of height. He was a big amazeur star, yes, but amateur boxing favors shorter fighters, because tall fighters often need a few rounds to adapt and find their range against a short opponent. I don't see Solis winning over 12 rounds and I don't see anyone knocking Vitali out cold.

Dimi was ranked highly & so was Chambers, they fought an eliminator whether or not you approve. I suppose Haye should've had that mandatory spot for his verbal greatness? Chambers also looked real good early vs. Povetkin who is another mando at some point.

Solis will try to be the aggressor too which actually helps VK since VK is a very good counter puncher. It's hard to counter a fighter like Johnson because he wasn't throwing much so there was little to counter.

Irrelevant. Your statement was that Chambers win over Dimitrenko is on it's own more than Haye has accomplished at heavyweight. I'm asking who Dimitrenko has beaten that makes that so.

Odlainer Solis ain't even a household name in his own house..... But I still wanna see my man Vitali Klit remain active and fight at least one or two times more before retiring with the WBC belt and waiting his time in peace for IBHOF induction around 2015 or '16..... YES!!

I'd bet Solis will come in around 265. The guy has little dedication and has been getting heavier, just can't see him making 250.

For a guy just over 6' to be 270lbs+ is laughable.

    Vitali UD/late tko.
