Vlad won the gold medal in 1996, superheavyweight division. Haye could not win the gold, not even in a lower weight class! Vlad had the technique, Haye is wide and off balance. Vladimir Klitschko, Gold Medal, Superheavyweight division!!!!!!!
And Vlad would knock Harrision out. Vlad will knock Haye out. Total mismatch. Vlad will have fun doing such.
I fail to see how Vlad winning a gold 20 blue moons ago and Haye failing to do so in the amatuers, a totally different sport has to do with a fight in June 2009. By your theory Harrison would beat Haye?
Hoya won gold but as far as I know Pac didn't. Somebody should have pointed that out to those two boys before they fought. The result could have been so different.
Solis took care of Haye and he was not even a heavyweight. Vlad will make Haye's face look like pizza.
Vlad won the gold at superheavyweight. He is cleaning out the top ten heavyweights. Haye refused to fight a top ten heavyweight. Haye has been running from Herbie Hide for years now.
:rofl:rofl I bet you wish you were Wlad's long lost brother so you could take some naked photos with him dont you?
Like Wlad. Think he's a damn good fighter. He should beat Haye, though Haye is a live underdog. Not a good style matchup. Yeah, yeah, yeah, my biases aren't really the point... Jesus, Farmy, you make pointless posts. I just assume at this point that you do it for comedic effect of some sort.
before anyone compares amateur boxing to professional boxing, i suggest they conduct a simple experiment. box one round with big, pillowy gloves and headgear against teenager, then box one round against a grown man with smaller, more dense gloves and no headgear...then tell me amateur boxing is a good predictor of professional boxing. accordingly, it's historically been hit or miss whether olympic gold medalists can do anything in the pro ranks...again, you cannot really argue with straightforward statistical history. wlad will probably beat haye for any number of reasons unless haye manages to get past his own dodgy chin and technical and physical disadvantages to score an early knockout...but none of those reasons have anything to do with either man's performance as an amateur.
