Sorry but it's true, I hope Haye avoids the klits, it's just not worth it dave, you are young wait 5 years till they both are gone then challenge
Realistically, he will not wait five years nor should he. He should maximise his chances by taking Wladimir, and he is a live underdog. At least with Haye you are guaranteed a guy who comes to fight in shape and a guy with a big punch. Perhaps he needs a fighter like Thompson to get used to the weight.
The Problem with David is that if he fights the Klits, he will be dominated, in such a way as there is no recovering from it. If he was to lose in a good effort then it's not a big deal, but get sparked out like he most probably will and it's over for him.
So he will be an underdog, as everyone knows. To be a champ you can't always be favourite and Haye knows that - I think that he is a genuine contender in that respect. Do you expect him to wait 5 years? If so, who would you have him fight?
:rofl Rahman would've lost to ANY top 20 guy tonight, he came in at 254 on 3 weeks notice, and is shot FFS.
Rahman was getting bust up by Toney who just struggled against Oquendo, that puts this Wlad win in perspective, Rahman was a hand picked old American cherry.
And when Haye lands its all over, Haye is faster than anybody Wlad has fought, Sanders had fast hands and Wlad couldn't even see the shots coming.
Haye was a big Cruiser, he's a smallish Heavy. He'll be beaten soon enough which is why he wants the money fight straight away. A fight against either Klitschko in Germany or the UK is a guaranteed big payday. Why would he want to risk being KO'd by a top 10 guy for relative peanuts?
It's unbelievable how people don't appreciate Haye for what he is, a force to be reckon with. He will give the Klits plenty of problems. He is quicker than them and hits just as hard. If Haye catches them with one of his lightning fast bombs, good night.:scaredas:
You know what everyone thinks the Haye going to get dominated but I dont think so. Wald has fought a bunch of slow overweight heavyweights that doesn't pose no threat to Wald. Haye is fast,in shape, strong, and well condition. Haye will bring the fight to Wald and not just sit outside getting jab to death. The only problem Haye needs to work on is his defense because if he gets hit with that nasty right hand of Wald its all over. The same goes to Wald because he may be known at the Steel Hammer Fist but got a Chandelier Glass Jaw,
Haye is a chinny cruiserweight who has not done a single thing of note in the heavyweight division, he has no business even mentioning either of the Klitschko's.
