This guy is putting together an impressive run in the IFL, considered by most to be the top 205er in that organization. I think this is great, he is a totally underrated fighter both talent and career wise. Vlad has only lost to Tito Ortiz, Andrei Arlovski, and Vernon White (although he has beaten white). I feel he is one of the biggest wins on the resume of both Tito and Arlovski, and even at his older age could still make a run in the UFC, probably not win a title, but could be a solid contender. Along with being a great wrestler, he has developed his ground game to the point where he defeated Vinicius 'Pezao' Magalhaes at the same event Randy Couture grappled Jacare to a draw I'm not saying he's the best out there, just that he is extremely overlooked as both a pioneer (one of the first Soviet based wrestlers to cross over, member of Team RAW, fighting for 10 years) and as a current fighter.
