yes those heavy hands that have KOed 2 of his last 6 opponents. Has Peter KOed anyone that has a decent chin? I don't think he has he was fed a lot of Glass Jawed bums early and when his competition stepped up the KO's went down.

He had Wlad falling all over the place like a drunk Brittany Spears during happy hour, as well as being the first fighter too honestly hurt James Toney, as well as floor him, a feat many other Heavyweight champs like Holyfield, Rahman, and Ruiz couldnt achieve.

I dont want to go into the reasons surrounding Peter's lack of KO's, but now that he's had time to work with his new corner, we have already seen signs of Peter tranforming into a very good fighter, more head movement, better jab, straighter punches, less anxious to get a knockout, better body work, all things Peter has improved on in the last couple fights, the future looks very bright for young Samuel.

it's a fight i'd like to see. peter is fun to watch and even more fun to listen to. id say mccline is more skilled than virchis but virchis has far better stamina and a better workrate. his size and power could bother peter. im not sold on him, however, i had him beating chagaev by a point. imo, jc gomez will box his ears off. However, he's known to go on coke binges faster than Lindsay Lohan.

Peter has a very good workrate for a hw. his power is good but not great mainly because he lacks consistency on his punching technique. he has shown some signs as of late though. Mr. Peter does have killer instinct, something most other hws are serously lacking.

with peter u never know though. his conditioning is always the x-factor. id probably take peter on pts.

The same Wladdy who has been dropped 11 times and stopped three times?

The same Toney who was dropped by Middleweights Reggie Johnson and Roy Jones JR?

Yes, Peter's power lost its zing when he stepped up past the Jeremy Williams level.......

But Peter is still a fairly hard puncher at this level, but no where near what they were hyping him to be. He never put McCLine down, and Wlad dropped him with a single shot.

In fact, Mccline was the one sweeping the ring with Peter's trunks. LOL

I think Virchis Peter would be a very good, close and competitive brawl type fight with Virchis probably managing to pull off the upset.
