I don't know. Novytskyi didn't much impress when he got his big chance, and I'd say that they were cashing out his 0, except that Sirenko has been around for eight years minus a break and has not exactly lit the world on fire. I hope the winner actually understands that this is the best chance they are going to get and they can't afford to waste it.
I thought Novytskyi has looked decent when I've seen him. He's managed by Egis Klimas, and Klimas is selective, he only works with good fighters and keeps his stable small.
I would prefer they each fight separate opponents. Both are very good, but neither has had a lot of opportunities for meaningful fights.
That's what they like to do with these eastern euros who might be good Match them against each other. Get the loser out of the way and then eventually screw the winner over first time he has a meaningful fight in the states.
