Cotto, Margarito, Williams, Berto but he's way behind the top 3...but where is the option for Margarito in this poll?

The real question is not who is the best welterweight right now; however, i think the question that needs to be asked who will the best welterweiht be on the morning of July 27th after the Cotto-Margarito fight.

    Cotto

    Williams

    Mosley

    Margarito

PBF is retired so he can't be considered current.

Berto is a prospect with a belt.
