    Yep, it is guaranteed to be against Floyd more so than Pacquiao. It wouldn't matter what the situation was. More people will blame Floyd.

    PBF agrees to Pac's ridiculous demand of a 10 million dollar per pound fine. He agrees to wear 8oz gloves another Pac demand. He agrees to Pac's fight date of March 13th. While Pac is a guy who refuses to take the same random drug tests that his opponent is taking to ensure a clean fight. Which guy sounds like he wants to fight? It's PBF hands down. Pac is in the wrong.
