Haye is not a mandatory. He has a chance for the #1 spot and two world titles.

As such, he should take a fair offer and go for it. If Haye wins then he is in position to dictate terms for his next opponent.

 

It doesn't really matter,(who's ducking who) boxing loses if this fight doesn't happen. And if both are interested in the popularity of the heavyweight division this fight will go down and will bring some interest and lustre back to the heavyweight division. It would be the biggest fight since Lewis and Vitali. Something tells me it won't happen.
