Was watching some boxing matches of late and noticed something really interesting. Every fight where a Vuvuzela was blowing in the audience during a match, one of the fighters in the ring was either :

    a) Badly hurt
    b) Knocked down
    c) Brutally KO'ed

Does anyone think there may be a correlation between sound waves this unique horn creates and possible effects on a fighter's chin?

Below are some examples where I suspect Vuvuzelas resulted in the abovementioned situations:

1)Amir Khan vs Willie Limond (fghter affected : Amir Khan)
2)Amir Khan vs Marcos Maidana (fighter affected : Amir Khan)
3)Breidis Presscott and Amir Khan (fighter affected : Amir Khan)
4)Amir Khan vs Danny Garcia (fighter affected : Amir Khan)
    5) Julio Diaz vs Some Guy with a Thick Neck (fighter affected : Guy with thick neck)

So I think this is an interesting trend that we should look for in future bouts.

Vuvuzela? Is that what that sound was? I was watching Diaz Vs. The Neck and that thing was going off every few seconds, it was doing my ****ing nut in. Thought it was a car alarm or something. Even after the fight it was still going of just as often.

    :deal

We should continue to dissect this trend. I have a feeling it won't be the last time we see the Vuvuzelas involved.
