Definitley could see that......but with Floyd and Manny you are pretty much always gonna get someone who sides on one side of the fence vs the other. I like both guys as boxers.....I think Floyd is a bit corny with his whole "MONEY" persona but I don't knock the guy for pushing his product. Regarding the the whole negotiations with trying to make this fight with manny I'm very much siding with PAC based on everythign that has happened. But of course there are plenty of folks who don't have my perspective on this issue....like you said, that's fine with me. As long as they have something solid to back up their opinions.

i also liked how he presented the whole margarito/baldo choice some people always bring up as if the choice wasnt really made for him...an easy choice at that

No it's nothing like that. Whether they choose to criticize or praise certain fighters, it's entirely up to the writer. However in choosing what he writes, I'd just prefer him to be impartial.

    50/50.

    That's all I'm asking for.

But there is no bias or favoritism in Vivek's writing...just ask him.

I agree that he is a decent writer, but he just doesn't understand that it is not he who determines whether he has a biased viewpoint or not, it is the readers who will determine.

If asked, he's obviously not going to admit being bias.

He's my favourite writer on ESB, and the only one I bother taking the time out to read. But the more I've read his stuff, the more I can almost predict what he's about to say (especially when it comes to Mayweather/Pac). Like I said, his partiality towards Floyd is a little obvious for everyone to see.

So if you ask 50 Mayweather fan readers, and 50 Pac fan readers if he is biased or not.. what do you think will be the results?

Point: I don't think it's so much him being biased as it is people on both sides of the opinion are so distant in thier take of the issue. If he doesn't just come out and say that Mayweather is scared of Pac, that alone will make a lot of you say he is biased.
