Anyone who loves seeing Wlad fight and thinks he's a P4P fighter must be also into watching paint dry, grass grow, and/or snails crawl a marathon.

Chagaev failed blood tests and had hepititus for crying out loud, perhaps even HIV

No where else would even sanction him to fight

he fought a disabled person, and not the only one, didnt he fight a one eyed guy as well in title defense

you are not allowed to move close to Wlad with your head coming into range and slipping inside apparently. Inside fighting is not allowed and grounds to jump on a guys back.

There's no way Wladimir can be considered the greatest HW ever, let alone a top 5 HW ever.

It's great that he has the 2nd longest championship run in HW history, but who has he beaten exactly? He doesn't have 1 victory over a HOF fighter, his best win up to this point in his career is against Samuel Peter.

Now if Wladimir had this 8 year championship run back in the 70's, than you can make a strong claim for him being the best HW ever. But that would've meant he had beaten guys like Ali, Smokin' Joe, Foreman, Norton, etc.

I don't know how he would've fared in the golden era of the HW division. I'm still waiting to see him actually fight someone who could be considered a HOF caliber type of fighter.

It sucks for him and his brother, they're both very good HW's but it's hard to assess how great either of them are since they're fighting in the weakest form of the HW division in the history of the sport, and the only big name between both of them was a well past his prime Lennox Lewis who was still able to defeat Vitali, who IMO is the better fighter of the 2 brothers.

A lot of question marks will be placed on both of their careers when they hang them up for good. It's hard for me to even put either of them in the top 10 of HW's in the history of the sport because all the guys I'm thinking of that are ranked higher than them have fought, and beaten, MUCH better competition. It's not even close.
