Ward wins again but win less controversy, he's already tasted the power. The part you gotta be ready for. Also as the fight goes on the less likely Kov will win as we've seen he doesn't have the stamina. Kov will need to either work on his inside game or look for an effective way to neutralize Wards inside game while still giving himself the proper distance. I imagine his lack of inside fighting game is the reason Artur was able to beat him in the Amateurs

I try to be reasonable on Tuesdays, and Thursday. I can't believe your picking Krusher over SOJ. Haven't you heard HBO wants, what most deem a dirty and ugly fighter to win. It's 4 vs 1 already. In fact I found the rematches scorecards in Hillary Clintons emails 118-109 Ward.

 

He better come out like he did in round 2 of the last fight but this time don't take you foot off the pedal if you got him hurt haha

 

I know ward is tough. Its probably going to be ugly and close. But it's Wednesday where I am, and on Wednesday and Friday, my heart makes the decision.

 

I think that's going to be Kov plan, but Andre will try to impose his late game plan and try to smother him from the early on. It's also not Kov intention to take the foot off the gas, Dre is that good mentally and physically. Kovalev is not GGG, he needs room to operate his long jab and straight right.
I hope he can work on short punches inside or when ward coming in, he is going to need them.

 

Kovalev can fight on the inside, but he had to keep his arm over SOB's head because SOB's best punch is his headbutt. SOB only signed to fight the rematch as long as he got his personal referee, his personal judges again, his boxing commission, etc., SOB plans to headbutt Kovalev, then have his personal ringside doctor stop the fight on a cut which will be from a headbutt, but his referee will call the headbutt a punch.............SOB will hold, land low blows on Kovalev's balls, legs, SOB will grab Kovalev's leg again, elbows, etc., SOB knows he has everything on his side, the judges have already filled out their cards like before.................however, Kovalev wants to kill SOB in the ring and he will really hurt SOB even worse than the first fight. Remember, Vegas is crooked, used to be owned by the mafia.................and yes, all three judges are owned by SOB, check it out................

I had money on Ward the first fight, so I was kind of glad he won lol, but I don't really think he won TBH. I also didn't reallllly feel like he necessarily figured Kovalev out or anything, it was pretty back and forth. Rematch I think it'll be the same. A close back and forth fight. But Kova has the advantage in power. So I wouldn't be shocked to see a knockdown or two if Kovalev comes out hard and fast.

 

Kovalev is much stronger than SOB, he knows the judges belong to SOB, so he simply needs to throw more jabs, his jabs hurt, staggers SOB, his left hook and right will kill the piece of fecal matter, Kovalev means business..........he knows that SOB is a spoiled brat who depends on his judges and referee. No fight unless SOB gets every thing he wants...................

 

Considering this is Ward's farewell fight it would be great if he loses but he will eek out a UD like the first match and then spend the rest of his life claiming no one wanted to fight him. He will be one of those annoying boxing personalities on HBO like Froch is on Sky.

 

Whats Kovalevs gameplan going to be?
punch harder? punch faster?

He aint beating Ward.

Out of the two, Ward was the one who showed us adjustments, whereas Kovalev had no response to Ward getting up from the KD.
