Wach up there with the best of chins

Any man Wlad ever faced has been knock out, knocked down, hurt or stopped. Actually, I think Haye and Sanders are the only exceptions. The former ran all night after tasting the power, the latter never took a meaningful punch.

As for: Lewis and Tyson would've stopped Wach? I seem to remember Lewis being in a similar fight, not getting the KO (Mavrovic) as well as Tyson (Tucker/Smith/Green).

 

Maybe because the men who have been dropped are lightyears behind the top fighters of the division??

 

just watched it, first 6 rds nearly sent me too sleep, then wlad put some weight into his punches and i was impressed by both, if wach can perform to the same level he is now easily a top5 hw to me, a chin is all good but you gotta throw back and wach was until l8. most interesting hw title for me fight in a long time. give it 18-24months, better (lay) than 1.13 and a wach win over chisora level and i'd bet small on wach, and 2 days ago i said wlad wouldn't be beat for 5 years

more big fights needed to rank wach's chin all time tho.

 

I turned it off after the 8th. That **** was getting disturbing.

Wlad unloaded on all of them and threw everything possible against Wach and Puritty

Haye was hit flush a bunch of times as well but was never hurt ... and Sanders did take some shots and afterwards said that the Klit couldn't hurt him

Wlad has power but he isn't that special

Tyson knocked Green's teeth out, forced Smith to hold the entire fight not allowing him to get his punches off, and wobbled and hurt Tucker a few times in their fight

 

Yes Wach's chin is amazing.

The laws of physics don't make any exceptions for Wlad or for delusional Tyson nuthuggers either. Wlad is a huge puncher. People who have sparred with Wlad, Lewis, and other big punchers put Wlad at the top of the list in terms of punching power. So get off Tyson's nuts and sit your ass down with this nonsense.

 

Your memory is short. Or bad.

Tyson couldn't dent Tucker. Lewis couldn't do in Mavrovic.

Big, tough, strong-chinned guys are occasionally a problem for fighters. It happens.

He's still got more KO's in title fights than most champions ever. His power should rank highly.

If you excuse Tyson because he "wobbled" Tucker, you need to rewatch the 8th and 11th rounds, when Wach was rather "wobbled".

 

Wlad's right hand is the hardest I've been hit, and I've been in with every great puncher in my eras but Tyson himself.

Mike's power was in his speed. Wlad's is in technique, size, and tremendous leverage. Different sorts, both incredibly devastating.

 

And its a big one too !
