Check back on the Bakole v Hunter thread post fight - I posted that either the big man was wrong about Bakole's world title credentials or there was an injury/something else that prevented Bakole from performing on the night. Most people on here to be fair thought he had no heart based on what they saw in the fight. After Billy's posting of his huge potential, the performance at the York Hall was so bad that he was either not very good, the opponent was very good or something else was badly wrong that he could not perform. The latter 2 more likely than the first as the big man is not going to build up his man's potential on here without any substance. Sounds like he needs to fight a name like Chisora or Whyte to break through to the big time. Both winnable fights assuming he lives up to the big man's billing.
oh yeah a mile is even underrated, great performance by bakole although i am not quite sure if he can keep that level up vs guys from the Top 20. He has good handspeed for a big guy but i think his footwork and the angles from where he's throwing are a bit too one-dimensional for guys who can move (Hunter for example). Would love to see Bakole vs. Dubois.
I don't think Price would want any of Bakole, he would get knocked out. Chisora would be a great fight in my opinion, win or loose Bakole would learn a lot from it. So funny looking back on this thread and seeing certain people writing Bakole off lol muppets.
Such an impressive peformance by Bakole in the manor he did it. I would back Bakole to beat either Gorman or Dubois at present.
