Probably not. He's basically a bumbasher that got a PBC decision against Soliman, while he otherwise never beat an actual top100 opponent.
Mohammadi has some decent wins on his resume and did pretty good against (ok overrated at the time but still) Cleverly. Bizier is kinda comparable though.

 

martin isn't a bum....but hes not as good as some people here make him out to be....prob gggs best win..no bum...but hes not as good as ggg fans try to make you believe

 

He didn't seem that bad to me against Soliman, and dropping him and KO2 over Upshaw suggests he has solid power. He's still green though, what he'll do after the GGG fight will tell how good or not good he really is.
