well there is no doubt that for the 2nd blood test, anywhere between the press conference and feb 13th, the date is chosen at random.

Wether Pacquiao could juice like an animal right after feb 13th and take advantage of that in time to have it out of his system by fight night, I don't know. I'm not a drug expert. But according to posters like Eze, who seems to know about these drugs and is a major Pac hater who would never say something to the benefit of Pac, taking these substances so close to the fight wouldn't give an athlete the time to take advantage of them anyways.

It should be done to keep up. Boxing is in the dark ages when it comes to drug testing. Its like the radar detectors in your cars, cops then came up with a detector to detect the detector, then they came back with a detector that cant be detected by the police detectors. Its a arms race and Boxing is still at the starting blocks. To Joe "Average" Sportsguy its no appearing that all boxers are on drugs, if you arent using the steps to stop them then what is.

You dont wait for something to happen before you fix something that you know its as good as it should be. The fact that Floyd has to demand these kinds of tests in the steroid era speak badly of boxing to start with:good

Well according to Victor Conte Pac could use hGH and EPO, stop and still pass the so-called Random testing, start back up then stop as the second date closes in, start back up and stop shortly before the fight and pass the test. But I guess the guy that has been helping guys get away with doing it for years dont know what he is talking about...But Pac's nuthuggers and Bob Arum sure do:good
