Riddiculous claim to fame is taking 2 of 3 from a great CW, good roided up HW Evan Fields... oh and luckily getting DQ "wins" while getting beat up by Golota

While I'd give a chance to Riddiculous or AG vs Wlad, I think if Wlad can get through the early rounds he picks Golota or Riddiculous apart piece by piece for a TKO or UD :tong

But Lewis was unable to knockout or beat Holyfield the way Bowe was able to, and he beat Holyfield in his prime. Bowe was amazing heavywieght with great power from the inside and out, I think a prime Bowe would of did a number on Wlad IMO.

Maybe Holy was a bit better fighter vs LL. Nobody knows. People seem to forget these are human beings, not rockem sockem robots. Just like ordinary people they have better and off days at the "office". Besides LL beat Holy 2 of 2. C'mon you're not going to tell me LL-Holy I wasn't a "Don King" disgrace of a robbery :verysad
Bowe was 2-1 vs Holy :huh What are you doing, throwing out the results you don't like? :think

I saw most of Holy-Moorer last nite. That fight was part of a 6 fight run where Holy was 3-3. Now Moorer if a very good fighter, but no ATG. MM also has a glass jaw - certainly by your standards. Holy looked game but nothing special on that nite. Happens to everybody.

Lewis didn't make the mistake of fighting to Holys strengths.

Why would anyone throw out all of your advantages, and fight the other guys fight. That's the mark of a dumb fighter. And that's what Bowe did v Holy.

Lewis completely and totally fought to his advantages in the first fight. And got ****ed by the judges.

He fought less of a boxing match the second time - and he still won in everyones eyes but a few Holy fans - but less convincingly.

The more anyone stands and trades with a decent Holy (hell, even now), the more chance Holy has. Especially when the other guy has several inches height and reach advantage.

Lewis didn't really try and KO Holy. Why would he? Why turn a safe, comfortable win, into an even contest???

Waldo beats Bowe IMO. 2 out of 3. At least.

Bowe is the most over rated fighter in recent times.
Yes, he had great talent, I'll never deny that. But he never turned it into anything. He made his name on exciting fights with Holy.

Truth is, if in shape, and fighting the right fight, he should have been a comfortable 3-0 against Holy.

For what it is worth, I believe that Bowe is a piece of crap:

    1. Lost to LL in the Olympics after a huge hype job, and then allegedly asked LL to join him on the gold medal stand.

    2. Had a tough time finding a trainer because of his reputation for laziness.

    3. Lost to Tony Tubbs (!) despite what the judges said

    4. Tueday Night fight riots against Elijah Tillery and the Mercer camp

    5. Only winning two out of three against a former crusier- embarrassing when you are 6'5" 230+

    6. Threw a belt int he garbage rather than fight LL- it was previously agreed that they were in an informal tournament and the winners would meet. Single handedly undid all the great work of Tyson an Holyfield.

    7. Disgraced himslef with his "defenses" against Jesse Ferguson and a pathetic Michael Dokes

    8. The disgraces against Golota. Both for his shitty perfomance, and his camp starting ANOTHER riot.

    9. Dropping out of marine boot camp after a week.

    10. Kidnapping his wife and assaulting her

    11. prison time

    12. his disgracegful "comeback."

Bowe had the talent to beat Kilt, but not the character. I think one night of his life- the night he beat Holyfield the first time, I would give him slight odds. Any other Bowe is murdered in the ring.

No he aint, Bowe beat a prime Holyfield twice, Waldo has beaten only the B level guys of Todays division. SO In the 90's they would be little better than journeymen

No i wouldn't put him above lewis, wlad can't ever be ranked ahead of lewis, if he does all those things he will be a top ten atg but no more, most sensible people have lewis top 5.

Bull****. Wlad would spank Bowe worse than Golota did since he has a better jab, he has more power in his punches & he's a lot faster. Wlad would have KO'd either version of Bowe that Golota was DQ'd against.

Well, Bowe was usually weak against bigger opponents, and with Wlad's new style you have to say it would be competitive.

I'd personally pick Wlad over Bowe, but I wouldn't bet money on it, cause Wlad's chin's a little to soft for my liking. But I think he'd win a decision or perhaps a TKO win, unless Bowe caught him with something big. So this means Bowe has a punchers chance of winning.
