According to Omotoso's manager Steven Feder on his facebook account, Omotoso has agreed to fight undefeated Jesse Vargas on the Top Rank HBO show March 30th, which is probably going to be headlined by Rios-Alvarado II from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. To me Omotoso is getting thrown in the deep end, after his mediocre performance last time out....sink or swim.
yep. learn as you go. if you got it, ok. if you dont, save the fans some money. otherwise you are just another demori fraud!
I think wale is a hell of a lot better then de mori . Not even sure if it is fair to mention them in the same sentence .
Wow! Risky step up for both, putting zeroes on the line. Both run hot and cold. Vargas hasn't been in with a puncher quite like OO (the closest being Josesito) Oyewale, on the other hand, hasn't seen anyone as skilled as Jessie. They both pitched near-shutouts against common opponent Lanardo Tyner. :think

Omotoso wins this, based entirely on the fact that he hangs out with Malik Scott. This content is protected
Wale vs Garcia only went a couple of rounds. Pity, because what Wale needed more than anything was quality rounds against that kind of opposition before meeting someone like Vargas. I don't see him as being without a chance if this comes off though.
Wale Omotoso is down to fight 21-0 Jessie Vargas on the Timothy Bradley Ruslan Provodnikov under card on 16th March.Big step up for Omotoso.
