This is basically ward v kov @ lightweight with a role reversal type twist

Loma is ward (elite boxer with power) and walters is kov (power puncher who can box)

Probably Walters. Loma didn't get any close fight favours versus Salido, he wouldn't get any here either.

You can't be too sure....people seem to really be riding Loma right now...

 

Some say two of the judges from last week's Ward vs Kov. If so I expect the technician (Loma) to get the close rounds.

 

Walters got straight up robbed by Sosa, Loma has never been robbed by the judges. Loma is also Bob's goldenboy, now I doubt the decision will be controversial, I see a pretty straight forward Loma win, but if anyone is getting favored it's Loma.

Lomachenko wasn't given the decision against Salido.
Walters was given a draw against Sosa.
They could've easily been fixed for Loma and Walters' favour, but they weren't. History was denied vs Salido.

 

Neither of them are American, I doubt they will screw off either of these guys. Kova was screwed by the judges despite outboxing Ward, Ward was American hence they needed their golden boy to win.

 

The judges wont dare rob another EE fighter esp when he's consider the elite.

Walters has to seriously impose his jab and his lead R hand tonight and try to drape every oz of his 150???lbs on Loma every time Hi Tech is mixing up combos inside and jumping in and out, up and down in a rhythm. Gotta play the spoiler, use some veteran low blows and elbows in the clinches, and drill Lomachenko with counter right hands every time he pivots to change attack.
Walters is the stronger man no doubt, but his frame in more suited further north....IMO, he needs to change his S&C approach, and try to become a slugger @135....even 140.

 

I hope Lomanchinco losses every round and wins a decision. No I do, I really hope that happens.

That would make up for the robbery of Kovalev vs Ward. This being another match up between Russian and American fighters. Let these dumb son of a ***** judges finish off the sport.
