Walters will drain to 126 for Loma. What excuse does Gennady have? 155 or NOTHING!!!

    Walters is moving down to 126 to make this a championship fight between him and Lomachenko. If he wins most of you will say it was because he blew up in weight, but none of you will say he was weight drained if he loses and you know it.:-(

    Now he scarificed a lot to move back down and face Hi-Tech in order to prove that he can beat him. What excuse does this give GGG if everybody is moving up (Ward vs Kovalev) or down (Walters vs Lomachenko) in order to get fights made and prove their worth?

    He will have to be a man and make his word his bond. 154-168, time to fight the A-Side on his ground and if he wins then GGG and K2 an call the shots.:good

    walters recently competed at 126. walters whole reputation was gained from being a massive featherweight( a welterweight on fight night) beating up on old shot flyweights.

    lomachenko completely schools him it wont even be close and has nothing to do with the weight, walters just isn't very good

    Lomo has a lot of Golovkin in him.

    Walters has to drain to get down in weight to meet him, and then Lomo says he is ready to fight Rigo, but Rigo has to blow up to 126 to meet him.

    See a pattern here.

    I do. Walters was ducking Loma, but his stock plummeted after going life and death with Sosa. Rigo ducked and will continue to duck.

    rigo didn't duck lomachenko and neither did loma duck rigo . they fight in different divisions, if loma doesn't want to go down in weigh he doesn't have too, if rigo doesn't want to go up in weight he doesn't have too

    But if you want big fights then someone has got to have the nuts. Those someones are always Lomo and Golovkin's opponents. Always. :lol:

    Yes, but I also remember the same being a problem for 3 other top fighters that frequently get post made about them:

    1.Everyone but Floyd and Marquez draining for Manny. Wins always critiqued.

    2. Marquez moving up to fight Floyd and Canelo losing 2 pounds to fight Floyd. Wins always critiqued.

    3. Canelo moving smaller fighters up to fight him, but wanting Gennady to move down to do the same.

    Pattern here also but no consistency from posters about it.

    Bad, no terrible comparison.

    Lomo and Golovkin cannot possibly be compared with Mayweather.
    Even Vlad would drain to fight Mayweather, if he could. :yep
    We're talking about the biggest purse of their careers. Neither Lomo or Golovkin can remotely come close in comparison.
    Why do you think Golovkin won't budge 5 lbs to face Canelo but is willing to shed 10 pounds to fight Mayweather.

    maybe because Walters will be going down to a real division (126) to fight for a 126 lbs title which he recently had?

    last I heard, 160 is the MW limit and title fights should take place at 160 and not at Canelho weight (155)

    Didn't all the Walters fans say that Walters is very comfortable at 126 not long ago?

    Now it is Lomachenko who needs to move up to fight a guy who lost his 126 belt on the scales and isn't even a champion at 130?

    Mayweather used to fight on Wlad's undercard. He is not worth being put in there with such honorable champion as Wladimir.
