Nicholas walters was sensational last night! completely destroyed donaire...what a DOMINANT performance. Walters showed what true strength and explosiveness is all about....may he reign for a long, long time.

walters-rigondeaux would be a classic war!... forget lomachenko. walters would overpower him and probably end his career.

Walters made me become a big fan of his with just a couple of fights seen. The guys is an amazing fighter, defeated a great opponent, and his post fight interview was just unreal. When your post fight interview is more "Good Boy" than GGG’s post fight interview, you know that you are a Good Boy

I think it was a great win but I don't like how stiff, predictable, and orthodox Walters is. He just comes forward in straight lines, he has a great jab though! I think he loses to Crawford who uses the ring and defense better

You've said some goofy **** in your day, but including Rigo as part of a "classic war" has got to be up there.

WTF is with all the KOtards? As soon as someone KOs somebody they become A-level on this forum. Remember Berto, Matthysse, Provodnikov ... they're hardly talked about anymore. I didn't see anything special in Walters except he beat a Donaire who hasn't been that good since Conte left.

It wasn't a total domination, Donaire had some success especially in the first 2 or 2 and a half rounds, he was just outgunned in the end. Walters was very impressive but it wasn't completely all one-way traffic.

He didn't exactly wipe the floor with him; Donaire looked better than I expected in the first 3 rounds - he was quite sharp and was landing some very nice body-shots. Obviously, Walters started to really put the pressure on and ended the fight emphatically but it wasn't a bell-to-bell domination.

I was a little surprised Walters didn't use his jab more - on the rare occasions he did, Donaire didn't know what to do with it.

jumped 1 too many weight classes

Donaire was a flyweight in 2010 and batamweight in 2011...
now he is fighting natural featherweights who are too big and strong for him....not shocking

lol....i admire you standing up for your guy, but walters would simply destroy lomachenko. ..this aint gary russel jr who gave loma all he can handle even though russel himself is a limted fighter. walters is a highly intelligent and extremely powerful and explosive guy who has beatien the top guys... it would be a disaster for loma.

donaire fought hard and tried to use his power, but he was overwhelmed by a much better fighter....three knockdowns in six rounds. total annihiliation.

donaire is one of those guys who always looked huge compared to his opposition at bantam etc...he looked MUCH bigger than vic. maybe three weight classes bigger. he even looked a couple of weight classes bigger than rigo. he and walters were both natural featherweights...in other words, donaire didn't thave the usual size advantage he usually enjoys. he just couldn't handle a guy of his same natural weight who is more powerful than him.

three BRUTAL knockdowns in 6 rounds! that's domination. that's wiping the floor...they called the first one a slip, but from the replay it was a clear KD. walters in the real star of that weight class.
