I also like Wand and I agree he would struggle with Machida. Good shout coog, Chuck vs Machida makes sense.

If "The Axe Murederer" shows up you can't right him off against anyone at 205.

When he's wild and hungry he's harder to figure out.

I want to see Wand go ape **** on everyone now until he retires.

    **** game plans.

I want to see Wand running on pure emotion and confidence.

If they stick him in with Machida i want to see Wand go crazy at him and overwhelm him.

I want to see Wand test machidas heart and his stamina.

Push him with aggression and take him out of his comfort zone.

Don't give him room to breath, think or pick his shots. :good

Machida would most likely pick him apart, especially at this stage of Wanderlei's career.

As much as I want to see Wanderlai fight Machida - I don't want to see it because more than likely Machida will spoil Silva's fight and work his way to a rather boring decision.

Im a spectator who pays he's salary :hi:. He IS there to please me. If Machida keeps winning the same way he has been, he will be worse than Tim, point stands. Try again.

What did Tim do to disapoint you? The fight game has always been a mental game some fighters find aggression to be their mental game others find movement and countering their game. The object is to win. As this sport progresses you will se more nd more of this. I suggest you stop watching or observe the nuances of each fighter and appreciate it.

What I wanna see is willingness to fight. When I see a person backpedling the whole time its not entertaining nor pleasing. No, you will see more and more improved striking and overall skills. You will see just as many people who will just try to squize out a win its how they fight.

Tim Sylvia has been very unaggressive his last few fights with exception of one vs Nog, which was pretty exciting fight.

Im the first one to defend fighters when the crowd starts booing and I appreciate nuances more so than many people perhaps maybe even you. But when a person does karate kicks just to score points while backpedaling, nah, thats not nuances. Thats junk.

Even if you hate Lyoto or not, I find it strange you'd want Wandy to face him. He's really not the guy to put an end to him.

You're right, Chuck would be better. Like I've said before I think the person to beat him would be the one who counter punches well. But i prefer Silva fight Machida over T.Silva.

I think Lyoto just does what Jardine does to Lidell. That's the last fight I want to see, I enjoy watching Machida and even I think Machida/Chuck would be coma inducingly boring.

Shogun I would think is the best Machida cure. Rampage also has a solid chance against him. Not sure about Forrest, but he can make it competitive on will alone.

Forest could create probems for Machida because of his size and he is learning to use his jab a litle better.

Actually.. I think a good match might be Rashad Evans vs. Lyoto. Seriously, two very boring tactical styles that have short outbursts of excitement every few rounds..

Rashad, so tentative to do anything.. Lyoto, always waiting for opportunity.. Might just force Lyoto to go offensive.

They just might touch gloves and air jab for 15 minutes.

Thats sort of my point. But I think in this case Lyoto would have to start showing some offense. Lets remember, Rashad has been doing Lyoto in the UFC longer than Lyoto has been doing Lyoto in the UFC.. Lyoto has IMO far more potential than Rashad. His fight against Soko was entertaining, but he needs to fight against exciting fighters to make any sort of entertaining fight.

Do you not gain points for being the aggressor in UFC? YOu have to very aggressive to beat someone like machido and take your lumps. I do believe that Sylva would be aggressive enough but Machida is better on the ground and take downs he sets people up well. Rashad would probably get picked apart Forest could jab and hopefully keep him off balance but who knows Machida is interesting to watch he fights like a point karate person. some people find that boring but i find it interesting. Chuck is smart. How much does machida weigh didn't he used to fight at 185 he looks small compared to some of the other 205 people. Sylva should fight the other guy you mentioned and beat Rampage Which i think that he probably would Rock paper scissors
