Fans that are, ah-hem, anal about wins and losses are the ones that've helped tanked the legitimate enthusiasm and momentum of the modern day sport. It's sad when MMA fans clearly have a more measured & educated view on win/loss records than boxing fans
Sorry but it's hard for me to excited about a fully grown man who was the same size as me when I was 11 years old.
I was going to counter that Moonsuree/Menayothin has also fought his fair share of debutantes but while the habit is very customary for his countrymen of similar experience levels he personally actually hasn't done so in 10 years. Still, the overwhelming majority of his opponents are probably weaker p4p opposition than McGregor in his pro boxing debut.
I'm going to start countering dog **** threads with no value by posting actual good quality material for any poor soul who's already here down on the seventh layer of hell with us. Congeniality prize. This content is protected
I really hate it that Menayothin has truly accomplished something impressive here, in spite of his early record being filled with weak competition, his last 20 opponents or so have been fairly good, and going 50-0 at Minimumweight in and of itself is a laudable accomplishment, but instead of getting the credit he deserves, he's being used as a childish proxy truncheon to bludgeon Mayweather fanboys over the head. Can nothing happen in this sport that won't invariably always be tied back to May and Pac?
No, everything leads to May. I dare say every accomplishment in our lives as well any world event eventually leads back to em. Lol
