I don't think Benn was seasoned enough to beat Carter at middleweight. The prime Benn who gained that experience fought at super middle, and would have been too big for Carter. The fight at middle would have great fireworks, but the Carter who outpointed Benton would have won by decision at middle.
I got Carter aswell against the earlier Benn. Be a good shootout until Nigel gets stopped late after gassing.
This would an entertaining fight but I think history has been kind to Carter. He can always alnd the big one but it's more likely that Benn wins mid-rounds as he was simply a better boxer.
Yes. The middelweight Benn would be too gung ho,and get stopped by the Hurricane. At super middle,Benn would win,late in the fight. Burt's right though. This would be like Armageddon.
