Hello every one I know that a thread has been done that is a lot like this one so please bear with me.
I am more then a bit overwight I know this I currently weigh in at a huge 130 KGS.. I am 6.5FT tall I am a heavy weight lifter so I am pretty big size wise. And in my early teens i did some kickboxing for 1yr about 4 years ago but i have put on a lot of weight since then.
So I want to give boxing a go to increase my fitness (I can go 6X3 min rounds on the bag) and lose wight and hopefully in a couple of years fight as an amatuer.
any advice how to go about this training wise ECT. would be welcome.
    Thank you in advance.

Join a local Club mate, dont consider any sparring into you are in shape, keep training and training, and make sure yiour diet is good. it will be hard for the first few weeks, but once you get stuck in your be fine.

    Get your cardio sorted too.
