Hypejob? He beat Hopkins twice, Taylor had all the talent in the world at Middleweight. I wish him the best I Know he hurt his hand in the last fight. When is taylor fighting again
no stupid ****... calazaghe feasted on shot ****ing fighters in their 40s , and jones being knocked into 2 coma like states....and you want to pass judgement and a guy like JT at his age, his few of fights...because of 3 knock outs? i cant tell you how hypocritical that is dummy :rofl youre cluelss already by worshiping the wbo king of **** title defense...go **** off now
This content is protected coming back for a few things he never forgot about...they are on loan right now
The look on JT's face when he got knocked down actually scared me a little. I've seen it before. Props to him for getting up and finishing the fight, but he has too long a road to get those belts back. A guy like Truax should not have seen the end of the fight, let alone put Taylor down.
He fought Hopkins who was on his best run at the age of 43, beating Tarver, Wright, then Pavlik straight after. Then Hopkins went on to win the title again against Pascal at age 47, hardly a shot fighter. When Calzaghe fought Jones, he was 36, Jones was 38. What other shot fighters in their 40's did he face? I bet you can't tell me you inbreed atsch I like Jermain Taylor, I enjoyed his fights against Hopkins. However, his best days as a fighter are well behind him. The longer he stays in the game, the more damage he does to his health.
Jermain Taylor should have stayed retired for the sake of his health and family, in his prime he wasn't able to show he had the ability to fight through adversity and he sure as **** aint going to suddenly find that at this age. Some fighters have it some fighters don't, only the special fighters retain remnants of greatness when they're shot to **** (see Morales) other fighters want to prove they still have it but it's just not there (see Taylor)
