Ward and Kovalev ATM should be at a 171-172 catchweight if it happens now.

Is not going to happen, Kovalev look drained at 175. Less than that He will look like a hungry zombie.

Fighters aren't required to weigh during fight night, May never does either (Usually never does).

The fight will happen when Ward adjusts to the weight comfortably, which will be a few years down the road.

If people force the fight on him now, obviously he's going to want it to be fair, ala catchweight.

    He can't make 75, and that's a fact, comfortably!

He made 172 just fine, comfortably, no one forced him to.
He made it voluntarily, very very comfortably.

What work are you talking about? He doesn´t even have to defend his belts to keep them. He doesn´t have anything to do at 168.

Boxing has too many different weight divisions already. And then some idiots decide that they will squeeze it even more, since they can with the money they can offer.

Just make the weight goddammit and be a sport.

This sport has become so corrupt and fake because of primadonnas like mayweather and ward. It makes me wanna puke.

And some "fans" are supporting that? No wonder mma gets more and more ground while boxing community allows this **** happen time after time and again.

Hate to be that guy who quotes his own posts, but no response MVC? Don't think Ward is good enough to beat Kovalev?

Oh I actually didn't see this, as it was on the bottom of the page.

I do think he is, if he's 100% comfortable at 75.

He won't be right now even if he tries to make it.

What's good is for us to wait until this fight builds.

If you don't think it will have much to do with the result, why have you created an entire thread dedicated to it? :tired

And if Ward is so much better than Kovalev how is´t that those couple pounds are so important to him? It can´t be that close, does it?

Fair enough, I don't see the few extra pounds making that much difference but hopefully one day we get to find out either way!

Mods shouldn't ban people for "trolling" if they are making troll threads themselves

Yeah when he can make the weight comfortably, then I want to see it.

All I want to see are fair fights.

2-4 years down the line. I think they'll be the best in the world. We'll have ourselves a mega bout.

Another thread by the worst poster on here that confirms that this main forum is the worst on the net for this sport.

Why does Ward have to move up? He's a 168 pounder.

He's not a 175 pounder and never was in the pro game.
