Jeff,he started his interview on Sky by saying something along the lines of "why should I come over here?"
But to be fair,he realised he made a bit of a balls of it and pulled it back at the end by saying that they should make him an offer.

 

He said let's get this straight I do not have to come over here. If they want me to come over here they need to make it worth my while.
That does not sound like a refusal to me.
