As for Bradley, he has an ugly style imo and no personality

None of that = sales

There's no market for him to exploit

Don't get me wrong though had he beaten Pacquiao as per the TR plan it would have catapulted him into stardom

Instead it just made him a scapegoat

 

95 per cent marketing and 5 per cent skills. The vast majority of casual, fly-by-night fan doesn't give a sweet phuck about Floyd's skills and sign up purely to see some controversy/get his face caved in.

 

Cmon man your being stupid with your constant Floyd hate it's too much

Floyds skills and his undefeated resume is part of his marketability, take away that and he wouldnt be half the draw he is

He's a **** trash talker and most casuals don't find him exciting in the ring

 

Because being good an black isn't good enough.:deal You have to sell yourself and PBF and Broner do a much better job of that than do Bradley and Ward. Another example is Russell Jr. he might be better than Broner but he doesn't sell himself like Broner does and is largely irrelevant because of it.

 

It's simple. People are stupidly hypocritical. People who ride a high horse and shun bad behavior enjoy it deep down. Why else would they devote so much time, energy, and attention to it?

What people say means little, watch what they do. You can simply do a search for the posts of the two 'haters' in this thread (jugger and janes), and you'll see them spend more time on Floyd than any other boxer.

 

Ward and Bradley to me are more blue collar-type where they let their fists do the talking. They just,simply gotta have something that would attract non-boxing fans to them. They each have a story to tell and background they just need folks to relate to them. Or dislike them. But mainly a reason to pay $50+ to watch them. Bradley took a huge risk recently, but he gave fans and non fans a reason to watch him next time.

 

Ill tell you exactly what it is. Theres a saying its 'Love me or hate me im on your mind' With people like floyd you either love him or hate him theres no middle ground. Either way you buy his ppv because you either want to see him win or lose.
