Bute was #1 #2 and #3 and never below in more than 4 years. When did Berto came even close to being ranked #1 ?

So with the highlighted part in mind. What elites did Kessler ask Ward to fight before giving him a shot? Ward had done a whole lot less than Bute at that point.
Think you have just exposed yourself as a frightened *****

    As for the listed fighters

Magee(5 1/2 years ago) Beaten clearer by Bute
Reid very faded. A real good fighter in his day, but not when Froch beat him
    Pascal Did nothing at SMW
    Taylor Did nothing at SMW
Dirrel Did nothing at SMW, best win is probably Oganov
Abraham Did nothing at SMW and coming off a loss
Johnson Did nothing at SMW and beaten clearer by Bute

    Bika beaten clearer by Bute
Berrio won a world title at SMW
Andrade 2x beat a fighter who became a SMW world champ
    Miranda beaten clearer by Bute
    Brinkley a mandatory, not great
Magee beaten clearer by Bute and the most accomplished SMW Froch has beaten
    Mendy undefeated
Johnson did nothing at SMW but beaten clearer by Bute

You right, people are not looking at how the pieces are fitting together. Ward is about to get paid. Losing is not in his game plan and hes gonna guide his career in a similar fashion to Mayweathers.

Sorry Andre Ward was at 147 to beat the #1 guy so that Berto can have his spot light there for a little bit like when he beat Kessler.

Bute got his ranking by default. He was too young and green when JC and Kessler were top dogs then the tourney started and he's still fighting the same level of fighters. That and his 0 are the only reasons for his rankings because it certainly isn't his opposition.

Kessler didnt have a choice he signed up for the Super6 and got unlucky and had to fight Ward. And that argument is bull**** anyway what just because he got a title shot pretty easy(really wasnt when he was signing up for atleast 3 fights against top fights win or lose in a row so Ward earned his shot by being in the Super6 to begin with) means that he should fight whoever, whenever, however? How hard was Bute's road to the title? How hard was Glen Johnson's road to a title? Dodes that mean he should only fight guys like him that earned there shots the hard way?:patsch

Not even gonna get into your bull**** any further cause your just a wind up and you got enough out of me. Congrats you serve a purpose in your life your a internet troll. Your mother must be proud do they make "Proud mother of an internet troll" bumper stickers yet?

Do you know who Glen Johnson has fought to earn the status that got him easily to a world title? Ever heard of Roy Jones Junior ?

Yeah you would think so wouldnt you.

Bute earned a mandatory shot, he got it the right way, not just gifted by a competition where you get to fight at home :patsch.
When you couldnt debate against my points you label me a troll . Wimp.
You said Bute should have to fight someone to earn a shot at Ward, so I asked who Ward had beaten to earn a shot and you call me a troll :-(.

    Well answer this bottle job.
Froch had agreed before he fought Ward, that he would fight Bute straight after, so if Froch had of won, would that have been the wrong thing for Froch to have done?
Froch has had the tougher road and didn have all of the excuses you have for Ward

When "dissecting" Froch resume all you say about Pascal and Dirrel is "Did nothing at SMW" and talking about Dirrel saying his best win is Oganov which its obviously Abraham **** even the Hanshaw win in better then Oganov...... But yet when praising Bute's resume all you have to say for Mendy is "undefeated".

Was Pascal and Dirrell not undefeated also when they were beaten by Froch? Why dont you mention that? Why dont you mention that Mendy got a gift draw vs Hanshaw(who Dirrel stopped in like 3 rounds) and was about to get KO'd in the first round by Bika before Bika decided to KO before he got up from a KD? DOnt mention that.

Also dont mention that besides he knocked out cold and getting a DQ win of Bika and a gift draw against Hanshaw he's done nothing at SMW either.

And just because Pascal did nothing at SMW doesnt mean he wasnt a good SMW. He moved up ONE division and won the title you might not wanna acknowledge that(because it doesnt fit your agenda) but I'll mention it for you.

Oh BTW Mendy was also 37 years old when he fought Bute on his way to turning 38 while Pascal and Dirrel just turned 26.:hi:

Without the S6, prospect Ward would have never gotten #1 Kessler to come to him.

Now that he's the champ and ranked #1, he won't even give a chance to an established belt holder who ranks top 5 @ 168 to come to him in Oakland.

    Classy stuff.

Can't believe Goosen was offered the Bute fight in Oakland and said no.

Fine, Bute needs to beat (yet) another guy Ward has fought to qualify. Miranda & Bika not enough, bring on Froch for a multi million fight.

    /rant

Must be soooo frustrating for newly crowned champ S.O.G. to realize Bute gets so much attention as the 'challenger'. :D

Who are you? Go blow somebody dont talk to me because all I ever see you do is suck Bute's **** on here so just dont address me any further.

Oh just one more thing what exactly did I say wrong? Did Ward not sign up to fight Kessler, Taylor and Dirrel back to back? And then the Semi's if he got into them. How is that not earning a title shot?

Bute was actually mandatory. He was suppose to fight Froch in the IBF eliminator , Carl declined the IBF offer and gone the WBC way, waited 1 extra year to get that belt. Then more refused to fight Bute until they reached the #7 Ranked Bika who acepted. Bute has earned his shot at the IBF champion Berrio by fighting and beating Bika, who was next in line. Ward was what you call a voluntary defense, hasn't actually climbed the rankings and fought an eliminator but was given a chance as a gift.
