NO, RING MAGAZINE!!!!!!!!! Andrade was a top 5 regular, Bika and Barrio enjoyed brief stays, Bika being a top 10 regular.

Boxing is a showbiz and regardless of how easy Bute is making his career he can put on a good show. Just like JC. Ward is perhaps better than both, but he remains pretty boring to watch.

The fight was OVER......Bute was exhausted after the 10th round beating Andrade, the #3 ranked SMW in the world, from post to post trying to be the first and ONLY man to KO him.

Then, when he wanted to quit on his stool, far ahead on points, he endured until he finally collapsed with 5 seconds left in the final round. He was up at 6.36 seconds, not having to be fit to continue, but still, the ref gave a long count.....Even his haters KNOW he was up at 8, but on a stop watch, Lucian is CLEARLY up @ 6.36 seconds.

Andrade won 3 striaght fights by knockout, and obviously in the eyes of many was robbed of a late KO over #2 Bute, and followed that up witih an impressive win over Tsypko...who many felt was robbed against #4 Lacy.

That's even more funny cause I felt he deserved the KO W over Bute back then.

NAh you didn't...but the were making a 168 tournament.

Ridiculous it was to insert 2 guys who never fought there.

Bute'S resume at 168 was certainly better (easy since they had 0 fight there).

    Sorry if I misunderstood you.

    Top 3 to be exact...

Bika was top 5 after the Beyer mess and before the Calzaghe fight, and hovered in the 6-10 range until the Ward fight. More established and ranked higher than Dirrell and Ward before the Super 6.

Doesn't matter, Bute KOed a top 3 fighter in the rematch. And just shut out Johnson. Bika is currently #5.

Bute at the very least should be in the top 3..what was it you were saying about Bute never beating a top 5 fighter?

How was andrade arguably robbed against Bute......what are the rules......no fighter may be saved by the bell.....meaning that even if the bell has rung, the fighter MUST be up before a 10 count.

watch the fight, and fast count.....the worst you can do is 8. The fight is over, and Bute is up.

Yes, a punch landed and it was a legit KD, but he was UP and the bell had rung and the fight was OVER when he got off the canvas.....PERIOD.

No robbery whatsoever, and Bute quited all the haters when he dd the unthinkable by KTFO Andrade in the 4th Round of their rematch.:deal

Bika was #10 when Bute fought him in the IBF eliminator to face Berrio. Bute was ranked #6 if I remember right. Depends how you put it because if you look at the Ring Magazine rankings today, Bika is ranked #5. http://ringtv.craveonline.com/ratings/super-middleweight

Johnson was #5 when he fought Bute. I think Berrio was #6 and not in top 5 category, but close.

Read what I'm arguing you thick **** and think about the context.

Controversial Bute fight + Impressive Typsko thrashing=Andrade rising from #5 to #3.

Vitali controverisal lose to Lewis=#9 to #1 in rankings..

It happens, regardless of what you view controversial, your personal opinion..blah blah, stocks rise in defeat.

This ****ing board..again, I feel the chunks rising in my throat..I want to barf on all you idiots.

Nope, I really forgot they used to fight at 160. Forgive my shitty memory.

Okay, let's see what happens now with today's top 5.

Actually I just said that his purses were good for a non-american boxing guy who doesn't take on the top 5.
Okay Andrade was the only one back then, good job on making it clear.
