Ward: Bute needs to beat 1 or 2 A-level guys & come out of his hometown to get a shot

Bute has been cruising on rankings from # 1-3 SMW for 4-5 years now never below since he won his belt, so he must've fought "somebody" and not "nobody" how some try to make it looks like.

 

Are you telling us Ward is "running" from someone who's biggest win is Edison Miranda?

 

Bika is in the current top 5. Johnson was as well or close.

He's expressed interest in fighting Ward and Kessler.

And Froch has by all accounts a fair deal sitting on the table.

We'll see what happens, indeed.

 

As of now that would appear to be the case.

And since when is Miranda his best win.

Andrade II, Bika, and Johnson would go above that.

The catch? Ward's the only A-level opponent there. He proved that in the tournament when he won all his fights decisively and the B+/B level guys had mostly competitive fights against each other.

So, c'mon Andre...give Bute his chance at taking out an A-level fighter.
