    Good assessment.

A win over Froch in the UK would be a very big win for him, for example. And he would most likely school him again and shut up a lot of critics in doing so.

He might have to move up to 175 sooner rather than later if he can't get fights at 168.

Why should Ward have to go to the UK to fight a guy he already beat? It's not like the decision was questionable... Ward has solidified himself as the man at 168...so if you're the man, than people need to cater to you, not vice a versa. If Froch wants to avenge that loss, he needs to travel across the pond again and try to do so. Had Froch not lossed to Kessler in the first fight, he may have been able to fight Ward in his home turf...but he lost, while Ward beat everybody he faced in the super 6. To the Victor goes the spoils...now stop writing these silly threads bashing Ward. The man has done some remarkable things at 168 and should be given a little more respect.

Ward annoys me so much. How can you be a competitor but always at home. It's pathetic. How good he is is irrelevant.

    :huh

no, Ward wouldn't have fought Froch in the UK if he beat Kessler the first time, because the only way he would fight in the competition, is if he had all his fights on home turf. :deal

and no, he doesn't deserve any respect after what he did in the Kessler "fight". he also held far too much against Froch as well.

    **** Ward!

let the cheating, smug little coward rot in Oakland.

Mayweather didn't make his name with a world wide tournament where everyone has to travel and fight undefeated world class opponents but him who can hide in Detroit ot Vegas and fight tomato cans.

Did Ward not win Olympic goal medal away from home. Point made.
