I wish Froch didn't retire and took the fight. Gennady KOs him and trumps Ward's best win. Then people couldn't complain about his resume. Who is he ducking at 160????? When fans complain you have to move up to get a great win you must be great.

Ward has to wait his turn. GGG has David and then probably Canelo. With possibly Lee after or inbetween. After that he should move up unless challengers emerge at 160. Ward will still be 168 by that time because this guy doesn't want to move up himself. hypocrite.

 

Foolishness is letting a middleweight who you claim is ducking you get in the way of making other fights in the meantime.

Let's say that GGG is ducking Ward. It's not possible to duck a man not in your weight class, but I'll play along.

GGG ducks him and there are no negotiations. Just a flat out denial.

Why, then, isn't Andre fighting any top 10 fighters at his or moving up to take Stevenson's or Kovalev's challenge instead fighting on BET? If he's that ready, and has been ducked by his top choice, what's he waiting for? Surely he has the name power to attract other contenders or beltholders.

If Canelo beats Cotto you're high if you think he will fight GGG next year. Canelo will take some easy fights to milk his linear championship and either wait for GGG to move up or for him to get older, either way time is on his side here. What part of Ward has been in talks about fighting Kovalev at 175 next year don't you understand? Ward and his fans have no problems about him facing Kovalev like you GGG fans have about him facing Ward.
