I don't get it, these guys refuse to fight Ward and we're supposed to blame him for not showing up at the fight? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Ward was ringside at the Froch/Kessler fight. Showing up at a fight does jack **** if the other guy doesn't want to fight you. Ward beat Froch decisively with one hand. If that's not motivation enough for Froch to want to fight Ward again, then nothing will motivate him.

Honesty I don't think Ward wants to fight again until he can get away from Goosen he has tried twice and failed in arbitration. He can say he wants to fight and nobody wants to fight him but at this point I don't buy it. He bullied HBO into buying his last fight against Rodriguez which was a joke.

I'm not inside Ward's head. All I know is that he says he's still willing to fight and that Goosen is keeping him on the sidelines. I haven't heard anything from Goosen saying that isn't the case.

Makes no sense for Goosen to keep him on the sideline and not try and make a few bucks with him until the contract is up. Who knows the truth but Ward needs to fight he is wasting time and losing money just sitting on his ass.

What kind of sense would it make for Ward to purposely sit on the sidelines? His time as a fighter has a much shorter shelf life than Goosen's time as a promoter. Furthermore, Goosen May not be too enthused about in investing money in a guy that's suing him. You say Ward needs to fight, but he says he wants to fight. He's stuck with his current promoter, so that promoter needs to get him fights.

Who cares. Wards fighting style should be illegal. No honor in winning like that and no entertainment value either. Froch goes out there and battles and thats what people pay to see. Not hugging and headbutting.

Ward batch and moans too much. First thing, fight outside of Oakland. There's no boxing fan base there that likes wards style. No its is from around there and fights all over the world for Exposure! He's just another trout, but at least I can respect trout for making trips outside new Mexico.

Ward's problem is he figured that once he won the Super Six he could bolt from his promotional contract. Now he has had one fight in two years, and made a fraction of the earnings that Froch has. He is his own worst enemy.

Sakio Bika was there. He even called for the fight at Froch's post fight presser.
Maybe Ward was afraid of running into Bika with no referee there to protect him.
