Kessler's still a man for travelling 5,000 miles from home, TO the challenger's backyard, and giving him a title shot! He's a chump for the excuses afterwards however.

 

honestly...and i mean just thinking objectively...when was the last time an American who was as green as Ward won a fight like this against a proven seasoned champ like this?? all bs aside about how the fight went down. this is a big deal for American fight fans. i really like Kessler and as an American, i like Ward...but i can't think of another American who was this green who went out and did something like this. good for Ward. props to the SOG.

Why does everybody think Ward is green? He didn't learn these skills overnight. This is from years and years of grueling hard work and devotion. He is not new to boxing. In fact, his boxing IQ is very high, he is not green whatsoever. I don't know where this "Ward is green" **** ever came from in the first place, kind of like it just became the cool thing to say for those who were actually green themselves on the topic of Ward.

 

me too but this will be much different. dirrell has it in him to box circles around aa but the moment he lets his guard down it could all be over.

 

if you look a t BigBone's thread i picked Ward to win. But he is green. BUT you have to earn your stripes at some point. Miranda is not Kessler. I love Ward and said in that thread and many others that Ward is the goods.
