I'm very much white and almost all my favorite fighters are black. Just last week, I was cheering on Pascal to whoop Bute. I also think Golovkin is massively overhyped and I feel sick whenever I see a thread like "Golovkin vs Prime RJJ", although Good Boy does show some promise.

So you can take your racism and stereotypes and f*ck off very far away.

 

Maybe cause GGG is hyped beyond belief and people who call out the ridiculousness of it want to see it ended by a guy who actually has a proven record, yet is still harped on by these same GGG fans.

I'm a GGG fan myself for the record, and have been since a lot of these band wagoners started sucking his nuts, but let's face it, GGG needs to step up a hell of a lot more than Ward does.

Stevenson called out SOB Ward live on HBO, but Ward ran away and would not answer him.............Stevenson said he would fight Ward at 168 or 175, but again SOB ran away..................Whenever Stevenson is mentioned the SOB fans stay silent. I have never seen one SOB fan calling for Ward to fight Stevenson, not even at 168. Ward will only fight in his home turf, with his personal referee, judges, boxing commission and his commentators to tell the fans who is winning the fight...........It so appears that Ward said he would easily knock out both Vitali and Vlad, well...........Vitali has retired, but Vlad hasn't, so let Ward put his fists where his mouth is...........Ward also appears to hate Pac, but loves Bradley, said that Bradley won the first fight and will easily win the rematch....................

Golovkin is the 160 lbs.champion and said he will go up in weight in the future, but he wants to get fights with Martinez, Quillin, Sturn, Murray, Geale, then he can go up.................why is SOB afraid to go up 7 lbs., if he expects Golovkin to go up 8 lbs.? Hagler fought his entire career at 160, not to mention so many great middleweights. So, Ward fans are calling Hagler a fraud?!

Losing to the P4P #2 (some argue #1) in the world, in a higher weight division, would not exactly be a major blow.

Not really sure how GGG is overhyped, I have seen very few hype him to beat Ward.. mostly just beat other people at MW. As for hyping him versus other top5 MWs.. its the other promoters themselves who have done most of the hyping, by claiming he is too dangerous to fight for the available money. Sturm is a well documented intentional duck, Geale as well - though Geales was reasonable since he made 7 figures in his Mundine fight instead of the 6 he would have made fighting GGG.

Now that Geale is beltless and Sturm isnt interested, Geale wants the Golovkin fight so hopefully we get that in April, top 160 pound guys are fighting other top 160 pound guys and all is right in the world and such.

 

Ward was trying to egg him to 168.

Whats interesting though is just the other day Virgil Hunter was saying he respected GGG team's plan regarding their unfinished business at 160 , just like he thought people should respect that Ward is still a 168 pound fighter and there are several compelling fights for him at 168.

I think Ward probably agrees, he just wants to try and sow the seeds for confrontation because if GGG wins 2-3 more fights thats his biggest potential payday at 168 now unless he fought in the UK. I could see Ward getting a pretty handsome purse fighting Groves in London or Manchester on Sky PPV.

 

Ward has a big fight with Stevenson at 175 or 168, but Ward refuses to answer Stevenson................All Ward has to do is sign on the dotted line..........
