Ward Green and Froch Kessler double header SHOWTIME date april 17th would trump the HBO card.

But hey, different dates are great for both Showtime and HBO.

    Business is business.

HBO is just showing Showtime who the boss is, yet again.

HBO should have been the one doing the 'stand up thing' though.

Frankly, I'd rather spend my time with Loni Anderson than Gilbert Gottfried.

First of all - food and especially drinks are much more expensive in Sweden so stay in Denmark find some english folks (there's alot of them in Denmark) and stay with them until the fight - that shoulden't be a prob. Otherwise, go to Christiania and get stoned and just enjoy your time in Denmark!:rasta

Just got my ringside tickets (second row) for the fight and i'm in heaven:thumbsup.

No mate, they booked flights to and hotel in Copenhagen months ago. Then the talk came out that the fight might take place in Herning, hence the Froch rumours of wanting the fight in Copenhagen.

If the fight is being moved dates then they won't be able to get extra time off work nor afford to stay on longer than planned.

the fight was meant to be taking place on the 17th.

Is Showtime allowed to take a **** without HBO's expressed written consent? Jesus.

Bummer! What I meant was: if you're going to stay for a week then it would be cheaper to take the train to malmö and stay there until the fight.

If it came down to a direct timing conflict, I'd watch Showtime and catch the HBO card on DVR.

Bute-Miranda and Ward-Green are both nasty mismatches where a supremely skilled boxer is going to beat the snot out of a very limited and outclassed puncher who can't and won't hurt them. Neither interests me that much, but if I had to pick one to see live I'd go with Ward-Green because Bute KOing Miranda is a foregone conclusion and whether Ward can get Allan out of there (as opposed to just drubbing him mercilessly for 12 rounds) even without major pop would add a bit of drama to that one.

Froch-Kessler and Pavlik-Martinez are both extremely compelling fights right now, but again - if forced to choose, two top super middleweights is going to get my attention over the inactive MW champ vs. a very good 154lber.

For some strange reason I feel compelled to see Bute Vs. Miranda. Even though I am sure Miranda will get completely pasted :huh

Probably goes back to the Miranda/Kessler fight that never happened.
