Exactly! None of the fighters he mentioned were off for 19 months when they stepped up! Comparing apples and oranges really. Ward has his methods. He's not going to rush into something half prepared or not 100%. I guess if I were a Ward detractor I could argue that boxing is a hurt business and many fighters go into fights with injuries and not 100% but, Ward will drop out of a fight or cancel a fight if he feels he isn't right. Love it or hate it, that's just who he is. The one good thing about that is, if and when he loses he will have no excuses. Either way, when the Kov fight happens, it will be a good one!:bbb
