I'm not sure if I know exactly how everyone defines the terms "racist" or "racism," but I do know that Farmy harbors an irrational disdain for black boxers. I honestly don't know how anyone who has been exposed to his bizarre posts for a significant amount of time on this forum can claim otherwise.

He's probably made a good 5,000 posts since I've been on here, I've got a good idea what he brings to the table. Based on comments by him, and based off other users that have been here longer than I have call him a racist. It's safe to say that he is a racist, very, whiny, can't admit his mistakes, etc.

I think that was actually a pretty clean fight.

Dirrell held and ran. Froch tried to hit Dirrell in the back of the head on a few occasions.

Ward clearly topped that by holding and hitting and headbutting.. and no once, but repeatedly.

I generally support white boxers because i'm white. SO what? I'm sure most black people support black boxers. It's not racism, it's human nature. Growing up when I did, i hardly ever saw a white boxer beat a black boxer. It was always Bruno, Tyson, Eubank and Benn on mainstream TV. It has just been nice to see some white men win some titles these last few years. I couldn't give a **** if people think this is racist.

On the other hand, I generally go for a person I think is a decent bloke, regardless of skin colour.

 

Supporting fighters of the same race, ethnicity or nationality is perfectly fine. I don't think that any rational fight fan would begrudge another for doing so, and the majority of fans do it. Going out of your way to launch the most inane, illogical, rambling and incoherent attacks against a particular group of athletes is something else entirely. Again, I don't know how anyone who has seen Farmboxer's posts can deny that he does this. I don't really care because I find him to be more comical than anything and given the tenor of his posts I honestly wonder if he has mental problems, but his antipathy for black boxers can't be denied.

 

He is... it's kinda obvious.

There are a few posters here whose entire agenda is to **** on a specific race/nationality or that doesn't belong to your race/nationality of preference. I don't really care and it happens in every sport. However, it's not the same as rooting for fighters of your race or nationality. There's a difference.

 

Excellent post. I agree spot on. Farmboxer doesn't just root for white fighters (which is perfectly acceptable) he goes out of his to denegrate black fighters, using childish names, bizarre accusations, and illogical excuses when thye win. Especially if they beat a white fighter. I agree with thom, he most likely has some sort of mental issue, but to ignore the racial overtones of his posts is not right.
