Well just wait till November when he beats THE man everyone fears at 168lbs and 175lbs.

In one fell swoop he will cement his ATG legacy.

So people look at Crawford / Postol and think...Ward is going to outbox Kovalev the same way. I think you guys are in for a rude awakening.

    Kovalev:
    - Has much better power.
    - Much better footwork, which means...
    - He can close the distance very quickly.
    - Throws in combination. Watch out for that 3rd punch, it's a killer.
    - Better boxing fundamentals.
    - Body shots that can knock down other fighters.
    - An offensive ars*nal to be feared.
    - Uses feints to set up his offense.

Underestimate the Krusher and he will krush your hopes and dreams.

It is a dangerous fight for Ward. Granted, picking against Ward in the Barrera fight proved to be a wrong move. However, Ward is going to run into something in the Kov fight he has not before. Extremely heavy power. Kov is not just a heavy handed fighter and does a lot of things to set up his power. Ward is not going to be able to consistently move in without taking heavy shots. He will be knocked down and probably not recover after he does. KO by Kovalev by round 5.
