If he beats kovalev i would give him credit if he beats bareera i wont give him credit I kind of expect him to get past bareera but wont be shocked if he loses.....
IF Ward enters the ring with Barerra, and that's still an IF...... AND IF.....a BIG IF......Ward and Barerra participate in prefight unofficial wieghin, you will realize that Ward is 5lbs heavier, and 2 inches taller than Barerra. Mark this post BM. Ward is the same size as Cunningham. Seen them together. Exactly the same size except in the shoulders. :thumbsup
BTW, if he were "legit" you wouldn't have to make threads saying he is. The fact that you did should tell you that he is not
If he loses to Barrera, it will be down to Ward having not fought any stiff competition in years and maybe having jumped the shark in terms of ability. Barrera isn't more of a challenge than were Kessler or Froch when he fought them.
Bareera is stronger physically than froch/kessler and hits harder I dont go with the notion just because a fighter has a name it would be a tougher fight
No, you go with even more reductive and narrow-sighted reasoning. He is stronger physically and punches harder so he's more of a challenge? You know there's more to boxing than either of those qualities, right? (not that I even agree on either point in either case, actually) Froch and to a greater extent Kessler had proven world class boxing skill - which Barrera, regardless of his Cuban amateur pedigree, has yet to demonstrate. Froch and Kessler were human and like everybody had their occasional slippery moments on the way up but I can't remember either of them being decked by someone like a Lee Campbell just a year before their first world title eliminator.
