Ward is nothing special

Yup..nothing special..juss put on a spectacular performance against arguably the best guy in his division to take his title but he is nothing special...

He juss another fighter from around the way...we'll forget about him in a year or two...this was a lucky victory..he can't contend with the top guys in his division at all...

Froch, bute, andrade, dirrell, aa, all beat him pretty easy..yup...

 

i think his skills at exposing overly hyped limited fighters far out weighs any accidental head butts he did:good

and look what Marquez did to him. Although pound for pound Pac is far faster then Ward.

He does, and look at what Marquez was able to do. Marquez is so much better than Kessler though. Pac is also a lot better than Ward. Defense is not everything. Pac has better physical tools than Ward, Pac's defensively flawed but he can make up for it big time.

 

Ward put on a good display tonight and Kessler fought through some very rough cuts.

 

Well I think Ward did put on a special performance no matter how bad Kessler looked, but at the same time I would not call him the best smw yet, like some ppl seem to think.
This fight turned out to be all wrong for Kessler, but I also think Kessler wasn't at the level he had been at priot to the JC fight.
And to the jerk who says Kessler won't have the balls to fight Froch, don't you have something better to do?
