Oh he does it all the time. Lies like rug so he does. It's one thing to tell lies - tell as many as you want - but don't pretend to be a holier-than-thou devout Christian if you're going to do so so freely. Don't threaten to sue people when they pull you up on it either. Don't do this either [YT]1mt1sYJnkhw[/YT] 1:13 [YT]4Mqt_cExHUQ[/YT] [YT]lMwXU_Pb8fw[/YT] Listen to the **** that comes out of his mouth in those vids. atsch:rofl If you're a dirty POS who loves doing stuff like this http://stream1.gifsoup.com/webroot/animatedgifs6/3234236_o.gif http://i.minus.com/iCD8AX2f2zxHj.gif http://s6.photobucket.com/user/killacash/media/GoatnUSA.gif.html [YT]uDEBCoaR_lU[/YT] Listen to what Ward says here about only having seen 1 or 2 rounds of Kovalev in action. 0:36 [YT]y9Hyl-XQbbQ[/YT] Check out what he said in this one about ''having his eye on Edwin Rodriguez for many, many years'' 10:40 to 11:54 [YT]sVUpnVKO180[/YT] That's the same Kovalev whose trainer John David Jackson went up to Ward's godfather and trainer a long time ago (who is extremely close to Ward and ''discusses everything with him'') and told him to his face that his boy Kovalev was going to beat Ward. But Ward expects us to believe he hasn't been watching Kovalev like a hawk for years as well atsch:rofl [YT]CKDWkKAgQBA[/YT] By the way, Ward knows these things about Rodriguez because he sends spies to his opponent's camps. He sent Brandon Gonzales to spy on Kessler and I think Bryant Jennings who is good friends with him and is being trained by Jackson is likely going to be spying on Kovalev for him in the event they do ever fight each other. And here he is at it again, lying through his teeth about what happened when Darnell Boone dropped him. Start watching at 9:38 and the bit about the Boone KD is 10:32 [YT]4PBscWIZ3qI[/YT] 2:17 [YT]k3tUFbzqs7E[/YT] ''The first big moment was when I got knocked down. It was probably my ninth or tenth fight. It was against a guy named Darnell Boone. That's when I realized I was really a professional prize fighter. It was real. I had a lot of amateur tendencies. Like, for example, referee would say break, I would respect that command. My coach was telling me, Stop relaxing inside. And I was beating this guy from pillar to post. He's an old veteran. Everything to gain. Nothing to lose. Referee said break and I looked at himboomhe hit me with a shot I never saw. Sitting in my hotel room that night, talking to my wife, I said, This is serious. This is really prize fighting. This isn't a joke anymore. If I have anything to do with this, it'll never happen again. And it hasn't.'' So Boone clipped you as you were looking at referee after he said break? Er. but that's not what happened at all, Dre. ''Be honest with the fans'' The ref called break when the two of you weren't even in a clinch and you'd just rattled off 5 shots and were in the process of ducking Boone's counter attack, at which point he caught you with the uppercut that dropped you when you were supposedly looking at the ref? :rofl Start watching at 12:20 [YT]vNeJ6RXkgoM[/YT] Slow mo replay [YT]Qm9iybFs4mk[/YT]
hang him!! He slightly shaded the truth about a knock down 8 years ago!! This is unprecedented arrogance!!! He said some slightly complimentary things about Kovalev and Stevenson and probably shaded the truth about how many rounds he's watched? Why is he being so coy!! I need the absolute literal truth in ESNEWS boxing interviews always and without fail!! Otherwise you're an arrogant jerk!! And, Kovalev has never told a lie. Not even about the time GGG knocked him down in sparring. On the contrary, that was Abel Sanchez lying.
Uhhhh, "slightly shaded the truth?" Dude, both Ward and his trainer completely fabricated an entirely false story about the knockdown in an attempt to turn it into an illegitimate, sucker punch knock down. They are completely full of **** about this. It's incredibly weird and embarrassing to see both Ward and Hunter in either complete denial and/or just outright lying about this clear knockdown. Yes, it's not a big deal that he got knocked down. Maybe someone should let Ward and Virgil know that so they can stop creating false narratives to try and downplay the legitimacy of the knockdown. I don't care how big a fan you are, if you watch Ward and Virgil both give separate but equally false accounts of this knockdown and just think "oh, so they shaded the truth a little" you are delusional.
They know that Ward has a soft chin and are trying to hide it. It's a pity that Kova will not have an opportunity to check that glass jaw.
''Hes begging (Miguel) Cotto and hes begging Canelo (Alvarez) smaller guys to fight, and theyre saying theres no money in it, and they are smaller guys. ---Andre Ward
It's going to be fun watching this c0ckeyed sack of sh*t get KTFO. Hope he gets a move on with those catchweight tune ups and actually fights Kovalev.
Exactly WHY are Cotto/Canelo laying the ground work to duck their WBC MIDDLEWEIGHT mandatory? Are Cott/Canelo good fighters with good resumes? Why don't they want to fight the mandatory challenger for their MIDDLEWEIGHT title?
True but landing that killer shot is easier said than done though when your opponent stays out of range and then when you do manage to get into range they grab a hold of you with their gorilla roid strength like a lonely gay octopus before you can fire off with something or immediately after they've slipped into range and fired off a sneaky one or two of their own. Hard to land that decisive shot when their head is almost down by your knees too.

Nothing like a guy who has gotten the kind of breaks and exposure boxers dream of still playing the disrespect and double standard card. If the boxing media wanted Ward to fail, they wouldn't have put him back into a top 3 P4P ranking having done nothing in 3 years to earn it over fighters who actually have excellent wins in the meantime. They disrespect him enough to look squarely at him as the face of U.S. boxing with Floyd now retired. He's getting $2 mil minimum purses regardless of opposition. Ward routinely gets hometown advantage. He was getting face time in a huge Nike ad campaign. I'm not quite getting the hard luck story here.
This delusional turd will fade into the mists of time IF he fights Kovalev, as that is one opponent who won't be taken in by his BS tactics and will simply have too much for this head butting, elbowing, billy goat, octopus tentacled " A side ", official stacking, bible bashing fraud of a man. Just for once I would love to see him grow a pair and fight a live opponent on even terms, maybe even in their back yard rather than the boxing Mecca that is Oakland. I won't hold my breath...
