Ward is the perfect mixture of a past prime jones and hopkins

    Think about it. He resembles bhop with the head butts, holding and hitting, and sneaky inside work.

    He resembles a past his prime jones speed and power.

    Froch is ten time as dirty as Ward will ever be. The only difference is he doesn't have any boxing talent.

    He's actually somewhere around there. He holds his hands a lot like Hopkins, but has RJJ's speed.

    Let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet.
    First let me just way that Ward's performance far exceeded my expectations.

    I always liked Ward over Kessler. But I'll be the first to admit that I didn't think it would be that easy. But its way too early to be comparing him to a prime RJJ.

    nahh RJJ actually had power - Ward doesn't. Kessler got caught many times clean and was never rocked. Kessler also said it after the fight - he hit me a lot, but the was no real power to the shots.

    But he would do himself a favor cutting the Hopkins crap out - Hopkins was never the big draw in terms of TV-sales - because he fights dirty and talks even worse.
