    It's like groundhog day.

Honestly, it's so fucking boring going over the same ground over and over ad infinitum.

No, it wasn't a hometown robbery. It was a very close fight with little to choose between two fighters who each exhibited differing degrees of the four basic criteria used when scoring a professional prize fight.

Stop being a prat and apprise yourself of the rules and guidelines of the sport you purport to watch.

Vegas and Atlantic City are the fight capitals of world boxing and none of the 6 fighters is from either town hence neutral ground. We don't want someone like Arthur Abraham getting a free pass in Germany.

That's why only UFC fights, specifically your idol the NFL and WWE reject and biggest name and biggest champion on UFC Brock Lesnar, should be hosted in England and WWE.

I believe I had it something like 7-4 Abraham going into the 12th, too. All it would've taken was one more round going to Arthur to create the 5 point spread, so while it may have been a little too wide, the difference looks greater on paper when all you see is the 5 point advantage than what it really would've amounted to. Wasn't there a point deduction thrown in there as well?

Overall though, I thought the scores for the fight were quite fair: the others were 106-102 and 105-103

I can't remember if he was docked a point for low blowing. I think he was actually.

Taylor seems done. It's a shame I really like his style and he seems like a classy guy. I really hope that he can bounce back.

I agree with you on all counts here. He seems set to make it through the final 2 fights though, and stranger things have happened than if Taylor could pull out a good win or possibly even two before it's said and done. He certainly deserves one last taste of success after who he's fought in his career.

and I'm one of very few here to agree on that. Still, a KO is a KO and so there was no controversy

What are you talking about? This just made the tournament that much better. The number 1 fighter upset by the supposed weakling in the tournament is great. Now the pressures on Kessler to win his next 2 bouts or he isnt advancing.

I would agree with you if the ref didn't do such a horrible job and Ward's performance wasn't a foul fest

Odd, I checked the scorecards and see no deductions for fouling. You must be thinking of a different fight.

Wrong. There were bull**** points taken away from Taylor while Abraham was allowed to foul with impunity. No one remembers though because of the KO.

Wtf are you talking about? I was rooting for Taylor in that fight and it was still blatantly clear to me that Taylor hit Abraham square in the nuts!!

Considering the number of times Abraham rabbit punched, hit on the break, and threw obvious elbows, JT should have ****ing doubled up on the upper cut. Abraham is EXTREMELY dirty, and he deserved what he got.
