I happen to think so! I thought Ward put on a boxing sho but at the end of the fight ward told the interviewer that he really could have done so much better. I believe Ward has improved beyond everyones wildest dreams and come fightnight he will prove the critics wrong and also gain a huge fanbase consisting of millions of europeans as well as Americans who thought he came out of a weak olypic boxing system(old school olypic system was better!)

Ward is alot better than Miranda. Good enough to beat Kessler maybe.

We've only seen him in with a can since. But tonight will tell us a lot, win or lose.

He looked fine at the weigh in, albeit a bit distraught.

The win against Miranda was a fine one, and the first one for Ward to count for anything in public opinion. I wouldn't however exactly call it a boxing show or a clinic. Good performance for sure, but I still think Ward is making some defensive mistakes that a less faded version of Miranda (or a Mikkel Kessler) could have taken advantage of. I am not particular impressed by his power either.

Perhaps Ward will rise to the occasion, but he really has to RISE from what I have seen from him so far, in order to beat Mikkel Kessler.

    Kessler is no Miranda.
