the WBC belt is now up for Grabs after Ward was moved to effectively champion in recess, Bika won a final eliminator in February surely someone must fight him for the belt and with Degale(silver champion) and Groves in the top 5 what do you think are the chances they get a shot

    1 Sakio Bika (Cameroon) SILVER
2 Edwin Rodriguez (Dom. R.) BALTIC
    3George Groves (GB) INTL
    4Marco Antonio Periban (Mexico)
    5 James De Gale (GB)
    6Tommy Oosthuizen (South
    7Maxim Vlasov (Russia) EBU
    8 Mouhamed Ali Ndiaye (Italy)
    9Nikola Sjekloca (Montenegro)
    10 Alexander Brand (Colombia) ABU
    11 Noe Gonzalez (Uruguay)
    12 Andre Dirrell (US)
    13 Yuzo Kiyota (Japan) OPBF

Can't see Groves bothering to fight DeGale again unless the WBC demands it. He already beat him, why do it again for only a little money? There's no value in it for Groves with the way James' career has gone the last 18 months.

We're more likely to see Groves against Rodriguez or Bika, IMO.

Think Groves will fight Stieglitz anyway.

I see one guy in this ranking who's sure to fight for the vacant title, but I won't say who. :bart

Can they not just give the belt to the winner of Froch-Kessler? Or am I missing something and being amazingly ignorant?

    Unfortunately you're missing something.
That's what would be the perfect solution when boxing was managed in a fair and knowlegable way. Wich isn't the case :conf
